Crop Diversity
- First, you’ll need to request an account to the Crop Diversity cluster.
- Next, get connected to the Crop Diversity HPC cluster (called gruffalo) using terminal- or graphical-based methods, including MobaXterm, WSL (Windows 10+ only), Cygwin/mintty or PuTTY.
- If you are on site in supported institution (or are using your institutions VPN) then you can connect directly using your password, either via the terminal or a graphical client using your password.
- Otherwise if you are off-site, you must use key authentication using an
sshkey pair and 2FA, either via the terminal or a graphical client. - TBC
